Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce that Vladimir Zenin has been appointed as a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Practice, based in the Moscow office. Mr. Zenin joins from CMS where he led the M&A practice in Russia for the past six years, prior to which he had been with the corporate and energy practices of Allen & Overy in Moscow and London for almost nine years. Joining alongside Mr. Zenin is a team of three associates, Elizaveta Rakova, Natalia Gegechkory and Viktoria Shcherba, all from CMS.
A graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Mr. Zenin has more than 20 years’ experience in international legal services. Mr. Zenin and his team have represented national and international energy companies, publicly listed and privately held multinationals, sovereign wealth funds, banks and family offices on a variety of acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and private placements across a wide range of industry sectors, including oil and gas, mining, power, real estate, logistics, transport infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, retail and technology.
