International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Lois Deasey has joined the Firm as a partner in its market-leading global Restructuring practice, based in Weil’s London office. Lois was formerly a Restructuring partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. 

Her expertise covers complex UK and multi-jurisdictional restructuring transactions and insolvencies, advising companies and their stakeholders on distressed and special situations.
