International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP today announced that Paul Stewart will join the Firm as a Banking & Finance partner in the London office. Paul is currently a Banking partner at Ashurst.
Paul’s expertise covers domestic and international finance transactions with significant expertise in leveraged acquisition finance and debt restructuring. Paul’s clients include banks, credit funds and direct lenders. Between 2008 and 2012, Paul led Ashurst’s global loans offering in Italy.
