International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP today announced that Paul Hibbert will join the Firm as a partner in London focusing on infrastructure and real estate finance matters to further strengthen Weil’s offering to clients in the real assets sector. Mr. Hibbert is currently a partner at Baker McKenzie.
His expertise covers leveraged finance, structured finance, real estate finance and general corporate banking, with particular focus on advising both sponsors and lenders on significant financings of real assets. He is ranked as a leading lawyer for Infrastructure and Finance in Chambers and Legal 500.
