International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP today announced that Murray Cox will join the Firm as a partner in the London office. Murray is currently a corporate partner at Slaughter and May. Murray advises on all aspects of corporate law with a particular focus on public M&A and private equity transactions. He has worked on a number of complex, high profile, cross-border transactions across a range of sectors including infrastructure, energy, financial services and healthcare.
