According to Butler, “In just four months, Jonathan and the JMBM team will have directly connected clients with more than $125 million in EB-5 financing sources. Bloch adds a new dimension to our EB-5 team which has worked on more than 40 EB-5 projects all over the country.”
Our corporate attorneys are very active in assisting investors, both domestic and abroad, in making capital investments in the U.S.,” said William F. Capps, Chairman of JMBM’s Corporate Department. “Our clients will certainly benefit from Jonathan’s expertise, and we are pleased to welcome him to the firm.”
Additionally, Bloch works with real estate developers, including hotel developers, and energy infrastructure companies in negotiating, documenting and obtaining loans through the EB-5 immigrant investor visa program. He has served on numerous boards of directors of public and private companies, taken several companies public through the IPO process and directly interacted with many state public pension funds.
“JMBM provides a great platform for my law practice,” said Bloch. “The lawyers here are very accomplished and their business-oriented approach will serve my clients well. I look forward to working with such a dynamic group of attorneys.”
