Epstein Becker Green is pleased to announce its Labor and Employment and Employee Benefits Practices have added three new Members of the Firm in the Los Angeles office. They are Regina A. Musolino, a Member of the Firm in the Labor and Employment Practice, and Samuel W. Krause and David McFarlane, both Members of the Firm in the Employee Benefits Practice.

Musolino has extensive experience litigating wage and hour class actions involving state wage claims, as well as nationwide FLSA collective actions. She represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and breach of contract. She has represented clients from a wide range of industries, including health care, banking and mortgage lending, insurance, retail, information technology, public accounting, and oil and gas, among others. Prior to joining EBG, Musolino was a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
Krause has been working on all facets of executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including executive employment agreements, severance plans and agreements, stock options and other equity-based compensation plans, deferred compensation plans, and IRC Section 409A and 457 issues for more than a decade. He also advises boards of trustees of pension and other employee benefits funds, as well as financial institutions and companies sponsoring such funds, on their duty of care, fiduciary responsibilities, conflicts of interest, and other statutory duties under state and federal laws.
For more than 20 years, McFarlane has worked in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, and human resources law in the United States and Canada. He assists national and international clients with their employee benefits and executive compensation issues in labor negotiations, corporate transactions, plan administration, regulatory compliance, and bankruptcy matters. McFarlane is author of “Pension Benefits Law in Ontario,” co-author of “Annotated Unemployment Insurance Act” and speaks extensively on employee benefit issues and related topics.
Krause and McFarlane have practiced together before, most recently at Snell & Wilmer LLP, and more extensively at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where they spent a majority of their last 10 years serving clients.
