SNR Denton announced today that it represented Nefsis Corporation in the sale of the company to the Brother Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality printing devices for home office and commercial environments.
Founded in 1998, and based in San Diego, California, Nefsis is an innovator in web-based remote collaboration and conferencing software. The company, operating under the Nefsis, ePop and WiredRed brands, has developed a range of solutions for messaging and collaboration that are used by customers around the world. As part of the Brother Group, Nefsis will remain in San Diego and continue to develop cloud-based communications solutions.
The SNR Denton team was led by Los Angeles/New York-based partner S. Elizabeth Foster, who was joined by Silicon Valley-based partner Stafford Matthews and Washington DC-based partner Michael Maryn.
