The Los Angeles office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Stephen Lee as a partner in its corporate practice. Lee joins K&L Gates from Bryan Cave LLP (formerly Holme Roberts & Owen LLP).

An experienced corporate and transactional lawyer, Lee advises both buyers and sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions. He has represented numerous domestic and international companies and private equity funds in structuring asset and stock acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, tender offers, joint ventures, and cross-border agreements. He is particularly experienced in transactions involving aerospace, medical device and automotive manufacturers, as well as technology companies.
