The Firm represented underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch and RBS, in a public offering of $350 million principal amount of 4.875% Notes due 2022 of Avnet, Inc.
The net proceeds of the offering are being used to repay outstanding borrowings.
Avnet, Inc. is one of the world’s largest distributors, based on sales, of electronic components, enterprise computer and storage products, and embedded subsystems.
