Rebecca Winthrop is the latest addition to Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP. She joins the Litigation Department and the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Capital Recovery group as of Counsel. Rebecca will be joining the Los Angeles office.
