Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce the expansion of its Global Corporate Practice with the addition of Marc Kenny as a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He joins the firm from Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP.

Mr. Kenny’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, financings, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and other strategic transactions representing private equity funds, independent sponsors, family offices, and public and private corporations. He has more than two decades of work experience in Los Angeles, London and Silicon Valley, and regularly represents clients in the digital media, technology, communications, entertainment, healthcare, agribusiness and energy industries.

Mr. Kenny received his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, cum laude, where he was an Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar and a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar, and received a B.A., cum laude, with an honors degree in political science from Bucknell University. Mr. Kenny is admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia and New York.
