Duane Morris Welcomes Corporate Partner Rebekah Prince in Los Angeles

Rebekah Prince has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in its Los Angeles office.  Prior to joining Duane Morris, Prince was a partner at Blank Rome LLP.

Prince has extensive experience negotiating endorsement transactions, joint ventures and license agreements in the sports, media and entertainment, restaurant and hospitality, health and fitness, and consumer products industries. She serves her clients, including a number of current and former professional athletes at all stages of their careers, bringing governance and structure to their growing brands. Prince represents buyers, sellers and investment advisers in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, including the structuring and closing of multimillion-dollar franchise system acquisitions and large-scale portfolio purchases. Additionally, she regularly advises clients on domestic and international franchise venture structuring, including the registration, disclosure and development of franchise systems. Prince is also a frequent author and speaker on franchise issues. She has been recognized as an “Impact Dealmaker” in Variety magazine and as a “Legal Eagle” by Franchise Times.
