Prior to joining FisherBroyles, Scott was a partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP where he led the Telephone Consumer Protection Act practice group.

Scott has over a decade of experience litigating disputes in State and Federal courts throughout the country. He focuses his practice on consumer class actions, marketing and privacy litigation, regulatory and employment investigations, and complex litigation. He also advises companies on marketing, e-commerce, privacy, and customer outreach compliance, including the TCPA, TSR, CCPA, FCRA, FDCPA, and other statutes.
Scott began his career as a Deputy District Attorney and member of the Felony Trial Team in San Diego.
Scott received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business, at the University of California, Berkeley.
