​Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce Kevin Masuda has joined the firm as a partner in the Los Angeles office. Formerly a partner with Munger, Tolles & Olson, he will continue his corporate practice, which largely focuses on transactions in the entertainment and technology industries.
