All three practitioners join Mintz from Pircher, Nichols & Meeks.
Holland & Knight has added Alexis Alonzo as a partner in its West Coast Real Estate Practice Group residing in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Alonzo’s practice focuses on complex real estate transactions, including representing institutional investors, real estate funds, opportunity funds and public and private homebuilders in real estate joint ventures, as well as the acquisition, disposition and financing of all classes of commercial real estate. She previously practiced at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks LLP.
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Mitchell Kim as a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution practice. He joins K&L Gates’ Los Angeles office from Fox Rothschild LLP.
