As an experienced trial lawyer, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge in complex commercial litigation, including securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits and US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement actions. He has also represented all of the major accounting firms, including Deloitte and KPMG, in auditor liability matters, including administrative proceedings and at trial. He joins from Latham & Watkins LLP, where he served as Global Co-Chair of the Securities Litigation & Professional Liability Practice Group.
