Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli announced today the addition of two shareholders and one associate to its Los Angeles office. The new hires further supplement the firm’s strategic expansion of its West Coast footprint bringing the total number of attorneys in its three California offices to 72.
Vivian Grigorians has joined Polsinelli’s national real estate finance and real estate team of over 140 attorneys as a shareholder. Vivian has extensive experience counseling institutional lenders, real estate funds, opportunity funds, and other real estate investors in a broad range of transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, single family home rental financing, purchase and sale transactions, mortgage origination for commercial mortgage-backed securitization programs, real estate workouts and restructurings, sale-leasebacks, joint ventures, and leasing. She has comprehensive experience with various asset types including full-service resorts, industrial facilities, office buildings, retail, multi-family and mixed-use projects, as well as pools of residential properties.
JR Lanis has joined Polsinelli’s securities and corporate finance team as a shareholder and the firm’s Chair, West Coast Corporate & Securities Practice. JR serves as outside counsel to numerous public and private companies and has extensive experience in public company listing and reporting for OTC, Nasdaq and NYSE-listed entities. JR structures, negotiates and closes multi-million and billion-dollar transactions, including public stock and debt offerings, tender offers, distressed company acquisitions and sales, licensing and mergers in the technology, financial services, blockchain, hospitality, life sciences and energy sectors. He is licensed to practice in California, Nevada and Texas.
Theodore Bingham has joined Polsinelli’s corporate and transactional team as an associate. Ted advises clients at each stage of the life cycle of a business, providing assistance with a full range of legal services beginning with the selection of the appropriate choice of entity and continuing through the completion of an exit strategy. Ted also has experience counseling developers, investors, owners and tenants in the finance, leasing, purchase, management and disposition of real estate assets.
