Rimon is pleased to welcome Herman Enayati as a Real Estate Partner in the firm’s Los Angeles Office, the 33rd partner to join Rimon in 2020.Mr. Enayati joins Rimon from Polsinelli PC, where he also was also a partner. He previously practiced at Akerman LLP and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
Mr. Enayati represents real estate owners, investors and operators in connection with a wide variety of real estate transactions. He leverages his extensive experience representing institutional lenders and capital partners to provide effective and practical guidance to real estate sponsors, family offices and entrepreneurs in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and operation of commercial real estate. He regularly represents clients in negotiations relating to joint venture agreements; equity syndications; commercial real estate loans, including agency and CMBS debt; purchase and sales agreements; lease agreements in connection with office, retail, and mixed-use projects, including experience in bank, restaurant, grocery and medical-office leasing; and acquisition and disposition of distressed real estate assets, including the acquisition of non-performing loans.
Mr. Enayati joins Real Estate partners Herbert Burgunder III, Angela Gonzales, Richmond (Rich) Flowers and Juan Zuniga in Rimon’s growing Real Estate Practice.

Mr. Enayati graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A.) and the University of Southern California – Gould School of Law (J.D.).
