Sidley Austin LLP is pleased to announce that David Grinberg has joined the firm as a partner in the Century City office. He will be a member of Sidley’s global M&A practice. Mr. Grinberg previously chaired the M&A practice at his former firm and brings extensive leadership and transactional experience to his role at Sidley.
Mr. Grinberg focuses his practice on M&A and private equity. He regularly serves a range of clients, from family-owned businesses to exchange-listed companies, as well as private equity funds, family offices, investment banks, institutional investors and financial advisers. He also advises clients and their directors on issues regarding governance, corporate strategy and shareholder activism.
