Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced the addition of Sid Fohrman, who has joined as a partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. A prominent transactional attorney in the music and entertainment industry, Sid joins Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department. He was previously a partner at Sheppard Mullin, where he was Leader of the firm’s Music Industry Team and Esports & Games Industry Team.

Sid’s arrival follows the addition of asset management partner David Hong, who joined Willkie’s Los Angeles office earlier this month. In September 2021, Willkie launched its Los Angeles office, which now includes approximately 50 attorneys in the areas of corporate and M&A transactions, private wealth, estates and trusts, asset management, litigation, and tax.
