DLA Piper today announces the appointment of Caroline Pimpaud as counsel in its Investment Funds practice, based in Luxembourg. She joins the firm from Linklaters, where she has worked for almost ten years.
Caroline has strong experience in the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds particularly within the private equity sector. Her expertise also covers funds restructurings, managed accounts and co-investment structures, secondary transactions and investment management and advisory arrangements. She also advises major private equity firms in the structuring and implementation of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group restructurings and liquidations.
