The global law firm Jones Day has announced the arrival of Carlos Albiñana to the Firm’s Tax Practice in its Madrid Office.
Mr. Albiñana provides clients tax advice on capital markets, M&A and restructuring, banking and securitization, real estate, derivatives, project finance, and asset-finance transactions. He also has substantial experience in tax litigation and incentive schemes.
