Melbourne-Dentons has welcomed Partner Warren Scott to its Corporate practice in Melbourne. The move marks another big step in Dentons’ growth strategy, which has a target of doubling revenue in Australia in the next five years. Warren is the ninth partner to join Dentons in less than 12 months. Warren arrvies at the firm from Holding Redlich in Melbourne.
Warren brings 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, structuring, franchising and network development, international trade, competition law and capital raising.
Warren advises a range of clients from start-up businesses to internationally recognised brands on growth and merger and acquisition activity including regulatory approvals such as FIRB and ACCC clearance. Warren also advises boards and advisory boards on structuring and strategic activities. He is known for his ability to proactively manage risk, strategic advice and market-leading outcomes.
