Goodwin attorneys recently represented the underwriters in Box, Inc.’s initial public offering of 14.375 million shares of Class A common stock. The offering priced at $14 per share and raised $201.25 million. Shares began trading on the NYSE on January 23 under the ticker symbol “BOX.” The underwriting syndicate was led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and included Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC .
