Littler, De la Vega y Conde, the Mexico offices of Littler Mendelson, P.C., the world’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, has expanded its attorneys ranks in Monterrey with the addition of Amado Díaz Pérez, who joins the firm’s growing practice as a shareholder. Díaz Pérez brings 25 years of labor and employment experience to the firm. Prior to joining Littler, he served as a partner and head of the labor practice at Santos Elizondo.

Throughout his career, Díaz Pérez has been advising clients and litigating labor trials, representing national and multinational companies. He has significant experience handling complex trials and negotiating collective agreements with unions, restructuring companies through the mergers and acquisitions processes including employer replacement, union negotiations and internal communication with employees, implementation of pension plans, internal labor regulations and compliance, employee handbooks, policies and employment contracts, incentive plans, confidentiality agreements, conducting due diligence, labor restructuring and collective bargaining agreements.
Díaz Pérez graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, earning a law degree in 1989 and an advanced law degree in 1997. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
