Mayer Brown Strengthens Financial and Corporate Capabilities in Mexico City With Addition of Francisco García-Naranjo González

Mayer Brown announced today that Francisco García-Naranjo González has joined the firm’s Mexico City office as a partner in the Banking & Finance practice. Mr. García-Naranjo joins from White & Case LLP.

Mr. García-Naranjo focuses his practice on financial regulatory and financial and foreign investment transactions. He has extensive experience in obtaining regulatory authorizations for the establishment, operation and M&A of financial institutions in Mexico, including banks, financial groups and retirement fund managers. He regularly advises local and global financial institutions and Fintech companies on corporate law, corporate governance, M&A, joint ventures and banking.
