Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that William G. McCullough has joined the firm’s Corporate and Financial Services practices as a partner in Miami. Most recently, Mr. McCullough was a partner with Shutts & Bowen LLP.
Mr. McCullough’s practice is focused primarily on transactional and regulatory matters for domestic and international financial institutions and non-financial entities, both publicly held and private. He assists clients with general corporate and contractual matters, mergers and acquisition transactions, complex financing transactions and regulatory compliance. He also has extensive experience representing investment advisors and broker dealers.

Mr. McCullough earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School. He also attended the London School of Economics and Political Science.
