Glenn M. Cooper has joined the Fort Lauderdale and Miami offices of GrayRobinson, P.A. as a shareholder in the firm’s Immigration and International Law Department. Cooper will focus his practice on assisting U.S. companies, foreign companies, investors and professionals regarding U.S. immigration laws.

Cooper assists clients in securing business and investor visas such as the L-1, E-1, E-2, H-1B and O-1 visas as well as U.S. permanent residence (green card) and naturalization/citizenship. Additionally, he advises U.S. employers regarding immigration compliance including I-9 and E-Verify. His practice also includes advising international clients on corporate, business and contract law matters in Florida. Fluent in French, Cooper has lectured to business audiences in France regarding legal issues associated with setting up a U.S. company, investment or joint venture as well as immigration considerations at seminars organized by the French government and French Business Chambers. Cooper is also fluent in Spanish and assists clients from Spain and Latin America.
Cooper is an active member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Chamber of Commerce, the Beacon Council, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, the French-American Chamber of Commerce and the Quebec Florida Chamber of Commerce.
He earned his juris doctorate degree at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
