The Miami office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Kevin K. Ross-Andino as a partner in the commercial disputes practice. Ross-Andino joins the firm from Foley & Lardner LLP.
Ross-Andino represents clients throughout the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean on complex domestic, international, and cross-border business disputes and arbitration matters. Fluent in Spanish, he advises on a wide range of issues, including private placement of debt and equity securities, insurance coverage, products liability, judgment enforcements, intellectual property rights, financial institutions and creditors’ rights, and mergers and acquisitions and post-employment disputes.
