Dominguez’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation as well as cross-border disputes and international litigation and arbitration, with special emphasis on disputes that involve Latin America or parties located in this region. As a commercial litigator, he has litigated a variety of claims, representing plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He has also arbitrated a number of commercial matters under the auspices of various arbitral institutions.
Dominguez most recently served as legal counsel and vice president at Swiss Re, a Global 500 institution and one of the world’s leading providers of reinsurance. In that role, on a global basis, he managed all aspects of non-claims litigation and arbitration, government/regulatory investigations, and internal investigations.
