Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce that nationally recognized and board certified labor and employment attorneys Susan Eisenberg and Jennifer Williams have joined the firm as members, resident in the Miami office. Previously with Akerman, both are part of the Labor & Employment Department.

For more than 25 years, Eisenberg has focused exclusively on representing management in labor and employment matters and is known nationally for her experience with wage and hour issues. She represents employers in state and federal courts and has extensive trial experience. In addition, Eisenberg counsels her clients in all aspects of employment law, including conducting wage and hour audits and training sessions for managers and staff. Eisenberg is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, a certified mediator and an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Miami School of Law and has been recognized as a leader in her field by many publications, including Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America.
Williams has represented management in every aspect of labor and employment law for more than 15 years. Williams advises employers on compliance issues under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She represents clients in both federal and state courts and before government agencies. Her practice also includes employment counseling, negotiating restrictive covenant agreements, and conducting diversity and harassment training. Williams is a graduate of the University of Florida and the George Washington University Law School and has been recognized by multiple publications, including The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA.
