Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Sean P. Coyle in West Palm Beach as a partner in the Corporate Department. Prior to joining Fox, Coyle was a partner at Akerman LLP.

Coyle’s practice centers on advising cannabis operators, professional sports franchises, software companies and a variety of emerging and multinational businesses on corporate transactions and agreements. He also advises investors and industry participants on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and general corporate agreements.

His representations include transactional matters for multi-state cannabis operators and acquisitions of cannabis licensees in multiple jurisdictions, including Florida, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Massachusetts, California, Michigan and Arizona. In the realm of professional sports, Coyle has assisted clients in the sale of various sports franchises and represented sports and entertainment facilities in sponsorship and advertising agreements.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami and his B.S. from Tulane University.
