The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Aram C. Bloom has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Miami office. Bloom joins the Hinshaw healthcare practice, which offers a national platform of services to providers in the highly regulated healthcare environment.
Bloom is an experienced health care attorney, with a focus on health care transactions, licensing and regulatory compliance, and the regulatory and related due diligence involved in mergers and acquisitions of regulated entities. He is fluent in Spanish, and regularly acts as a cultural representative for and provides guidance on establishing U.S. operations on behalf of clients headquartered in Spain and Latin America.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Bloom worked at a national law firm in Florida, and also practiced in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Over the course of his career, he has counseled his clients in transactions and litigation on a broad range of issues including, but not limited to: federal civil rights claims, white-collar criminal investigations, health care licensing applications and appeals, trade secret disputes and SEC and state regulatory examinations. His clients include pharmaceutical companies, distributors, wholesale vendors and compound pharmacies, as well as assisted living and rehabilitation and recovery facilities.
Bloom is a graduate of Boston University School of Law (J.D., cum laude) and Trinity College (B.A.) He is admitted to practice in Florida, Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the District of Massachusetts. Additionally, Bloom is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County.
