Holland & Knight today announced the addition of 10 corporate lawyers from Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. The group includes Partners David Barkus, Ira Rosner, Aaron Slavens, Jordan Taylor and Marc Druckman and Associates Henry Roque, Jordan Schneider, Kyle Hershey, Danica Malloy and George Pita.
The group has a broad corporate practice that focuses on public and private company mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments and joint ventures. Much of the group’s work involves representation of private equity clients and public companies. The work for private equity clients primarily involves mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; for public companies it includes equity and debt securities offerings and advice concerning SEC reporting. The group has also developed a significant practice representing insureds and underwriters in matters involving the issuance of M&A representations and warranties insurance policies.
