Well-known international tax attorney Seth Entin has joined Holland & Knight’s Miami office as a partner in the firm’s Private Wealth Services Group. He was formerly a principal shareholder with Greenberg Traurig, where he practiced for more than 20 years.

Mr. Entin concentrates his practice on international taxation. He has experience handling international taxation of high-net-worth individuals and family offices, international and domestic corporate taxation, Internal Revenue Service international tax audits and offshore voluntary disclosures. He has been an adjunct professor of international taxation at the University of Miami School of Law since 2005 and is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. He is also the director of International Tax Law for The Florida Bar Tax Section.
