Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Fabian Pal has joined the firm’s Miami office as a member of the firm’s International & Cross-Border and Latin America Practice Groups. He previously practiced with Fowler White Burnett.

Mr. Pal concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and international law. He counsels clients with respect to corporate transactions, capital raising, corporate governance and finance, specifically private equity financing. Mr. Pal represents start-up companies, established multinational corporations, family offices and entrepreneurs across a broad range of industries. He has significant experience executing complex and cross-border M&A transactions in Latin America and Europe.
Mr. Pal is very involved in the International Law Section of the American Bar Association and co-chaired the section’s 2014 Fall meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He currently serves as vice chair of the International M&A Joint Venture committee and the Latin America and Caribbean committee. Mr. Pal is also involved in The Florida Bar, serving on the International Law Section’s International Litigation, Arbitration & Transactions Conference steering committee.
