The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Adam Rogers has joined the Firm’s Health Care Practice as a partner in its Miami Office.
Mr. Rogers is a health care transactional and regulatory attorney who represents private equity funds, strategics, entrepreneurs, and other investors and operators in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions in the health care industry.
His active private equity practice encompasses virtually every facet of the health care services and health care information technology segments of the industry. Adam’s extensive knowledge and understanding of the complex health care regulatory issues applicable to these businesses allows him to effectively advise clients in evaluating targets, structuring transactions, and mitigating risk. He also regularly advises on contractual, regulatory, and operational matters ranging from clinically integrated networks and exclusive contracting to physician employment and compensation structuring.
