Kurry’s practice focuses on helping investors, developers and lenders navigate all phases of commercial real estate finance, acquisition, development and management across a wide range of projects and industries, including hospitality, retail, multi-family, office and mixed-use. His experience includes complex joint ventures for development and investment, portfolio transactions, non-performing loan restructurings and workouts, public-private partnerships and community development districts. Many of Kurry’s clients and the projects he counsels them on are located In Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe.

In addition to his real estate finance practice, Kurry also provides outside general counsel services to family offices and high net-worth clients, offering advice, problem solving, negotiation and litigation prevention regarding real estate and corporate transactions, asset protection and tax planning, employment, noncompetition, confidentiality and charitable giving.
