International law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of partner Andrea Caputo in the real estate team in Milan. Andrea joins from Freshfields where he has worked since joining from Delli Santi & Partners in 2005.
He has over 16 years’ experience in advising clients on significant transactions involving the acquisition, disposal and letting (including long term leases and lease-back structures) of large scale retail, office and logistics portfolios, including through real estate investment funds. Andrea has also advised international and domestic investment and corporate clients on the development of real estate projects and has also been active in the negotiation of construction contracts and corporate joint ventures.
Andrea will be also be joined by lawyer Diego Mallone from Studio Legale Mannocchi & Fioretti and trainee Vincenzo Esposito from Freshfields.
