Global law firm Dentons has announced the recruitment of Stefano Belleggia as a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. He joins from Italian law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners along with counsel Antonio Umberto Valdemarca and Giulia Marcucci. They will be based in the Milan office.
Stefano Belleggia focuses on litigation related to banking, financial and insurance law. He assists banking institutions, financial intermediaries and insurance companies in all phases of litigation, arbitration, as well as in proceedings instigated by the Supervisory Authorities.
Belleggia will further develop Dentons’ banking, financial and insurance litigation offering in Italy, in close collaboration with the Banking and Finance practice, thus enabling, the Firm to offer clients integrated assistance on all regulatory and contractual issues relating to the provision of bank, financial and insurance services.
