Dentons Launches its Competition and Antitrust Practice in Milan With The Hire of Partner Michele Carpagnano

Global law firm Dentons has launched its Competition and Antitrust practice in Milan with the hire of a new partner, Michele Carpagnano, joining from Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners. Carpagnano has significant experience in European and Italian competition law and advises clients on contentious administrative and civil litigation as well as non-contentious matters.

He also holds a teaching position in Private Law and EU Antitrust at the Faculty of Law of Trento University, where he is the founder and co-director of the independent research institute Osservatorio Permanente sull’Applicazione delle Regole di Concorrenza (Competition Law Enforcement Observatory) and of the Trento Summer School on Advanced EU Competition Law & Economics.
