Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Michael G. McNally in Minneapolis as a partner in the Employee Benefits & Compensation Department. Prior to joining Fox, he was Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section at Felhaber Larson.

McNally focuses his practice on the intersection of labor law and employee benefits. He advises boards of trustees on compliance and plan design matters. He has extensive experience advising clients on withdrawal liability, including assisting in strategic planning to manage exposure and advising them on withdrawal liability issues in connection with transactions. He has represented clients in challenging withdrawal liability assessments, arbitrated disputes under the AAA procedures and litigated matters in federal court for clients in a range of industries, including construction, retail, hospitality, energy, manufacturing and transportation.
In his labor practice, McNally represents clients in organizing campaigns, elections, negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and proceedings before state and federal agencies. He has developed a particular focus on the construction industry. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University and his B.S. from the University of Richmond.
