Dentons is pleased to announce that Emil Vidrascu has returned to the Firm as a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Montréal. Prior to joining the firm, Vidrascu spent fourteen years practicing with Lavery Avocats.
An excellent jurist and skilled litigator, Emil specializes in aboriginal law, construction law and competition law. He also practices in commercial litigation, both before the courts and in private arbitrations, and has developed extensive experience in this area.

A member of the Québec Bar since 1995, Emil holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal. He also participated as a consultant to the Romanian government in the reform of the Romanian Civil Code, following which a new Civil Code was adopted in 2009.
