AB Dentons has expanded its Capital Markets practice in Russia with the arrival of partner Arthur Iliev. Prior to joining Dentons, he spent more than 25 years in the Moscow office of Clifford Chance, including 20 years as a partner and head of the equity capital markets practice.

 Prior to his time with Clifford Chance, he worked at Coudert Brothers (in Washington D.C. and New York) and Freshfields (in Paris and Moscow).

Arthur Iliev is recognised as one of the leading capital markets, corporate and M&A and private equity practitioners in Russia by Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, The Legal 500, IFLR 1000, and Best Lawyers and led an equity markets practice that was repeatedly recognised as Tier 1 by Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and IFLR 1000.
