Shearman & Sterling Strengthens Offering in Germany with the Addition of Florian Harder and Jann Jetter in New Munich Office

Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the appointment of Florian Harder and Jann Jetter as partners in the firm’s new Munich office, joining Winfried Carli and his finance team. Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling, Florian and Jann were partners at Linklaters LLP in Munich.

Florian specialises in advising clients in M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He also advises executive boards on strategic matters. Jann focuses on tax-oriented group structuring and the structuring of national and international M&A as well as in private equity transactions. The pair have been working in the financial sponsors sector for many years and will, together with Shearman & Sterling’s existing acquisition finance practice, afford clients a complete integrated offering.
