Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Tara Aaron-Stelluto to its Nashville, Tennessee office as a partner in the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. Ms. Aaron-Stelluto brings to Lewis Brisbois extensive experience in helping clients comply with ever-changing data protection regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from the EU. Ms. Aaron-Stelluto comes to the firm from Aaron | Sanders PLLC in Nashville.
In discussing her decision to join Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Aaron-Stelluto explained, “Lewis Brisbois has a great platform with incredible lawyers. The idea of being part of such a talented team had a lot of appeal. I am excited to be at a place where attorneys practice in the data privacy arena on a full-time basis, and to be practicing in Nashville, where there is a lot of space to handle incident response matters.”

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Aaron-Stelluto is a frequent speaker and writer on the intersection of data protection and trademark law, and has authored numerous articles, including for Compliance Weekly, the American Bar Association, and The Trademark Reporter. A member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, Ms. Aaron-Stelluto is CIPP/US and CIPP/E certified and serves as a member of the Data Privacy Committee for the International Trademark Association.
Ms. Aaron-Stelluto earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee.
