National law firm Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP has announced that Jason T. Brace has joined the firm as a partner in its Nashville office. He joins from Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP, where he was a partner.
Brace represents private equity investors and their portfolio companies in complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, securities offerings, and other capital-raising activities. In addition, Brace has extensive experience in the physician practice management sector with respect to the formation, acquisition, and sale of management services organizations covering a range of specialties, including anesthesia, radiology and diagnostic imaging, pediatrics and family medicine, behavioral and home health, orthopedics, and gastroenterology.

Brace earned his JD from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2013 with a concentration in business transactions. He earned his BA from the University of Tennessee in political science and business in 2010.
