Trew joins the firm from Wanek Kirsch Davies LLC.
Trew is a highly successful attorney with an impressive track record and joins WSHB with unwavering dedication to her clients and a wealth of experience handling complex litigation. Her experience spans all facets of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, medical malpractice, and premises issues. Her tireless representation of clients has resulted in numerous victories, including summary judgments and defense verdicts, highlighting her dedication, determination, and strategic, cost-effective approach.

Prior to WSHB, Trew was a partner in a regional firm handling complex litigation. She brings with a wealth of knowledge gleaned from clerking for the Honorable Jeffery P. Victory, former Associate Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court. She graduated magna cum laude from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and received the CALI Award for Successions & Donations, Louisiana Sales & Real Estate Transactions, Civil Law Property, Evidence, Louisiana Civil Procedure I, Criminal Law, International Issues in Biotechnology, and Products Liability. Trew further honed her legal skills through a research assistant position with Professor Elizabeth Carter and a judicial externship with the Honorable Burrell J. Carter, former Chief Judge for the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal.
