Hunton & Williams LLP continues the expansion of its global corporate practice, adding Alison Dreizen to its New York office as partner. She has more than 30 years of global corporate experience in the financial services, manufacturing, mining and shipping sectors. Dreizen joins the firm from White & Case, where previously she was the resident partner in Moscow and spent a year in its Hong Kong office.
“Alison has a ‘global mindset’ formed from her many years of practice in Europe and in Asia,” said Jay Moore, head of the firm’s corporate practice. “Her experience in complex, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions complements Hunton & Williams’ already established international experience, and we welcome her to the firm.”
Hunton & Williams offers clients a fully integrated, multidisciplinary team of lawyers for cross-border transactions, including lawyers with local knowledge in the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Dreizen is a member of the advisory board for the Legal Aid Society’s Community Development Project and is an active Cornell University alumna, having served on Cornell’s University Council. While at White & Case, she served as EEO Officer, chaired its diversity committee, and provided diversity and sexual harassment training to more than twenty offices of the firm.
